Dear McKinley Parents,
We have an important event coming up at McKinley Elementary School, and we are seeking your support and participation. On Tuesday, October 10th, we will be conducting a vision screening session at our school, starting at 8:50 am.
Vision screening is a crucial part of ensuring the well-being and academic success of our students.
To make this process run smoothly and efficiently, we are in need of volunteers like you. We are looking for 20 volunteers to assist us during this event. Having 20 volunteers would allow us to set up 10 stations, which will enable us to complete the screenings within an hour.
Your valuable assistance will not only help us save time but also ensure that every child's vision is screened effectively. No prior experience is required, and all necessary training will be provided on the day of the event.
